In this transformative workshop, we’ll go on a journey to uncover your 2024 Word for the Year. More than just a resolution, a Word for the Year is a single word that encapsulates your intentions, aspirations, and the essence of what you want to achieve and experience in the coming year.

 

The session will involve reflective writing, SoulCollage®, meditation, and other imaginative exercises designed to help you tap into your inner self to find a word that resonates with your deepest intentions and values for the year ahead. In community with others, you’ll create a practical plan to incorporate this meaningful word into your life, making it a catalyst for positive change.

 

Whether you're seeking focus, motivation, or a powerful guiding force, this workshop is designed to help you set a clear intention for the year ahead. Discover the magic of having a Word for the Year and embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.

 

Following the workshop, each participant will be mailed an elegant wooden card, laser-etched with their personally chosen word, made with care by ohlittlewren. The card, sales tax, and shipping costs are included within the workshop fee.

 

Also included—a quarterly check-in email throughout 2024 with journaling prompts, reflective questions, and action ideas to support your continued engagement with your chosen word.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Abundant care, time, and preparation is taken to ensure that each workshop is a fulfilling experience and I look forward to your participation. I understand that emergencies do arise, however, so if you must cancel your attendance from a workshop or course, please notify me immediately via the contact form. If notice of cancellation is received at least 72 hours prior to the start of the class or workshop, participants will receive a refund minus $5 for processing fees for a one-day course, or minus $10 for multi-session courses. If notice of cancellation is received within 72 hours of the start of the class or workshop, participants will receive 50% of the registration fee paid. Refunds will not be available for cancellations made on the day of the class or workshop.
