An individual SoulCollage® session is a meaningful and empowering journey of discovery, creativity, and deep self-care. It’s also an invitation to celebrate who you are and who you are becoming.

Guided by gentle coaching, journaling prompts, and meditative practices, you’ll use images, imagination, and intuition to uncover the wisdom of your inner voice. SoulCollage®—a practice that invites your heart to speak through art and words—helps you uncover hidden aspects of yourself, cultivate self-compassion, embrace your authentic truth, and set intentions for the future. Whether you’re focused on healing, personal growth, or stepping boldly toward your aspirations, each card you create leads to an affirmation of your goals, your dreams, and the limitless potential that is your birthright.

You’ll leave feeling renewed, inspired, and aligned with your highest self, knowing that you have everything within you to continue evolving with joy and grace.

Sessions begin with a check-in to voice your hopes for the session, followed by a gentle meditation or guided visualization and a brief warm-up activity. Next, you’ll be guided through the process of creating a SoulCollage card, a visual representation of a part of you that wants to be expressed. Guided by intuition and intention, you’ll assemble a piece that holds a message specifically for you, by you, from you.

We’ll flow seamlessly into creativity coaching, where imaginative journaling prompts allow you to explore insights from your collage. Each step of this journey invites you to celebrate yourself with self-compassion, in an atmosphere of kindness and joy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Abundant care, time, and preparation is taken to ensure that each session is a fulfilling experience and I look forward to your participation. I understand that emergencies do arise, however, so if you must cancel your attendance, please notify me immediately via the link in Calendly, by either rescheduling or canceling. If notice of cancellation is received at least 48 hours prior, participants will receive a refund minus $5 for processing fees. If notice of cancellation is received within 48 hours of the start of the session, participants will receive 50% of the registration fee paid. Refunds will not be available for cancellations made on the day of the session. Thank you for your consideration.
